Portland, Maine • Finding beauty in the unspoken
There's something about the way morning light filters through my studio windows at dawn that makes me pause, hands still covered in clay, and just breathe. I live for those suspended moments—the ones where time forgets to move forward and all that exists is the warmth on my skin and the quiet hum of possibility.
I'm the kind of woman who notices details. The way someone's voice drops when they're being truly honest. The tension in shoulders that speaks louder than words. I believe connection happens in the spaces between sentences, in the glances that linger a half-second too long, in the comfortable silences that feel like coming home.
About Me
My days begin early, before the fog lifts off Casco Bay. I walk the Old Port with coffee in hand, watching the fishing boats return with their catch, and I think about how every person carries their own depths—their own stories of storms weathered and harbors found. I mold clay the way I approach relationships: with patience, with reverence for what wants to emerge, with willingness to reshape when something isn't working.
Evenings are my sanctuary. I light candles, pour wine, and lose myself in the crackle of vintage jazz records. There's an intimacy to analog sound that streaming can't touch—the slight warp of a needle, the dust between grooves, the way music fills a room like a living thing. I want conversations that feel like that: raw, imperfect, undeniably real.
I value presence over performance. I'd rather sit with someone on my weathered dock, legs dangling over the water, talking until the stars appear, than attend any crowded event. I believe in slow hands and steady hearts. In eye contact that doesn't flinch. In the courage it takes to say "I want to know you" and mean it.
If you understand the poetry of quiet moments, if you know that intimacy is built in shared stillness as much as in adventure, if you've ever felt the pull of something deeper than small talk—then perhaps we're already speaking the same language. 💫
Let's skip the small talk and discover what really matters...
